Evidence of resilience

We are able to certify the following checks::

• Chemical composition / Mechanical properties
• Impact tests up to – 196°C
• Micro and macro analysis of the structures
• Corrosion tests in accordance to ASTM A262 and ASTM G48
• Dimensional analysis
• Ferrite content acc ASTM E562 and acc Fisher method directly on item
• Non destructive X ray, ultrasonic, magnetoscope and with die penetrants.

Certificates are issued in accordance to UNI EN 10204 and in accordance to company qualifications ISO 9001/2015 and to PED for applications
covered by Directive 97/23 CE.

Non destructive tests are performed by the company’s qualified staff (level ASNT or equivalent) Dimensional tests are carried out and certified by the company’s own staff.
The instrumentation currently in use by the company include:

• Quantometer ARL with computer for chemical tests of the steel, with direct reading of the nitrogen
• Traction machine METROCOM
• Hardometer REICHERTER/BRIVISKOP 3000/AD
• Hardometer GALILEO A200
• Resilience pendulum GALDABINI TYPE CH30
• Orthoplan electron microscope with Leika scanner
