SPUNCAST BALLS - Vertical Centrifugation

Spuncast balls are manufactured using vertical centrifugation, from 3" to 16" in all materials included in our production range. The reduced grinding allowance on both inner and outer surfaces makes our production process extremely innovative and economically advantageous when compared to other available processes. Balls are casted in a sphere shaped mould, Plain round or with hubs, and can be supplied in rough grinded conditions.

SPUNCAST TUBES - Horizontal Centrifugation

Spuncast tubes are manufactured using horizontal centrifugation. Available sizes starts from an outside diameter of 80 to 600mm, wall thickness between 10 and 200mm with a lenght between 300 and 1300 mm. Typical limitation of this process concerns the inner diameter which can be obtained with a minimum rough dimension of 45 mm. This process anables extreme flexibility of dimension and a wide range of moulds of different sizes are available satisfy customer needs. The company also offers the service of a large cutting department to in order to supply different type of products such as rings, flanges and bushings.

RINGS, FLANGES, CLOSURES, SPUNCAST CONES - Vertical Centrifugation

Rings, flanges, closures and cones are manufactured using vertical centrifugation. Avalaible with an outer dimension from 350 to 1500 mm, with an inner diameter of 120 mm and length between 100 and 300 mm. This process allows the production of sizes which are not available within other manufacturing processes, and the high quality of the product is a further bonus for customer. Thanks to high versatility of the process we can machine the tube to very thin thickness or shape them in accordance with customer specs.
